My name is Lucy and I am a registered psychotherapist for adults, children and young people. I have worked as a therapist in schools and universities; for a charity supporting life-limited individuals and their families; a su***de support organization; a bereavement group; and in private practice where I support adults and young people with a range of personal challenges. Therapy is a journey of e

mpowerment and I like to give my clients the tools and understanding to master their own healing. Every individual is different and so I will adapt my approach to suit your needs; where some people need a space to talk and a supportive ear, others may prefer a more directive, goals-based process. Coming to therapy can be a big step, and my aim is to be alongside you through every stage. My practice is based in Penarth, near Cardiff, and I also work online.
