🐻This weekend’s results 🐻
🏑The Ladies 1s continue their winning streak with a 3-1 win against Swindon. A brace from Naomi Wilde and a penalty stroke from Harriette Wilcock.
🏑Our Ladies 2s had another tough day against a very strong and experienced Howards side.
🏑The Ladies 3s made the trip to Llandrindod Wells worth it with a 4-2 win against Radnor. Goals from Maggie Hall, Gabby Williams & a brace from Lucy Woollacott.
🏑Our Ladies 4s were the wrong side of a 4-0 score line against Cardiff Uni 5ths.
🏑The Ladies 2s played in the first round of the Welsh Cup and faced Howards again. Despite the scoreline, there were lots of positive from this game with many chances created by our mostly U16 team!

I had a full women's health physiotherapy clinic this morning. Treatments used today following thorough Assessment included:
👍 Post Natal Pelvic Floor Training with and without muscle stimulation as needed
👍Bladder training for return to club Badmington and the socials after!
👍 Planned weaning off incontinence pads
👍Diet and lifestyle advice to help reduce constipation

Pelvic health treatment is available via the NHS and privately in Penarth . Please seek help if you have symptoms of:
Urinary/Faecal Incontinence
Constipation
Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Pelvic Pain
