Oxana is a committed yoga practitioner and an authentic and compassionate teacher. Her yogic journey began in 1991, when she was first introduced to yogic philosophy and the concept of agni yoga whilst studying performing arts in the conservatoire in the city of Magnitogorsk in the Ural Mountains of Russia. Since then Oxana has embarked on the journey of self-development and self-discovery. Her life experience and knowledge is weaved into every aspect of her teaching aimed at inspiring her students to achieve their true potential through yoga practice and philosophy. Over the years Oxana has completed a number of courses related to Yoga and Buddhism, including a course in Buddhist Philosophy, Mindfulness Meditation and an Aurolab Project Yoga Foundation Course created by Sama Fabian, one of the founders of the International Yoga Network (IYN) organisation, taught by the inspiring Michelle Lambert. Oxana began a two year teacher training course at Mandala Yoga Ashram in 2015. Oxana has practiced the Iyengar style of yoga for many years with Padmasimha, an inspiring and experienced yoga teacher and the founder of the Yoga Studio in Cardiff. This has provided an excellent foundation for a strong physical practice focussed on correct body alignment and the development of mental focus and resilience. Based on her experience and knowledge Oxana is able to blend a fusion of asana styles into her classes, including elements of Iyengar, ashtanga, yin and power yoga. She is trained in ancient tantric meditation techniques, yoga nidra, pranayama and mantra practices which she incorporates into her classes.

Let’s be clear: if you want to create a life that is limitless and truly aligned, you need to become very comfortable with two challenging emotional states - fear and uncertainty.

You need to become 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙤𝙨𝙨 - no excuses, no hiding - and you need to be prepared to challenge your conditioned thinking, consistently working on developing the discipline to practice daily, while staying compassionate with yourself.

It’s not a walk in the park. And while it may look pretty and easy, behind the scenes, if you choose to live a limitless life, you will have to accept daily confrontations with years of subconscious programming, which will trigger all kinds of emotions, from anxiety to self-doubt.

You do not battle with them - you notice, you feel, you accept. Easy? No. Necessary? Absolutely.

It is not through resistance that we overcome these states and grow, but through openness, acceptance, and compassion. When we approach what we perceive as a weakness or an unwanted/painful emotional state with love, giving it the space to fully manifest in the body and mind while we give it our full attention through observation, it melts away, leading to more expansion of our consciousness.

It is the Self observing the Self.

While I realise this may sound quite esoteric, trust me - it really isn’t. I invite you to this for yourself. All you need to do is create space in your daily routine to stay still and quiet 💙

I am super excited to announce that I am running my first Maldivian Yoga & Lifestyle Retreat on 24-30 January 2026!

I’ve decided to run it because I really want to share the special kind of magic I found here in the Maldives - the therapeutic power of Blue Space.

Months of living here allowed me to hone in on practices that elevated my health and wellbeing to a new level. By marrying yoga and Ayurvedic lifestyle principles with daily exposure to the ocean, I’ve created a wellness formula that aligns beautifully with my lifestyle philosophy of 𝙇𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜.

When I visited the Maldives for the first time this year, it was only for 5 days. However, I ended up staying for almost a month!

Why? Because this is the place where I felt my healthiest and happiest in a long time. I didn’t know life could feel THIS good!

I was amazed at how easy it is to feel PRESENT here.

Ever since then, I got obsessed with 2 things – WHY this is, beyond the obvious “it’s the Maldives”, and HOW I could share this gem with the world!

Well, I have managed to achieve both of these things and here is a thorough-ish breakdown of the WHY based on my research:

👉 Whilst intuitively & experientially I felt like I was receiving nature’s medicine, I didn’t know that there is an actual term for this – Blue Mind! It is used to describe the calm, clear, meditative state we enter when we’re in the water. So Blue Spaces literally are nature’s anti-depressants, activating our body chemistry & facilitating nervous system regulation. Also, Blue Mind research (yes!) suggests that water helps move the brain away from “red mind” (stress) into a meditative, creative state.

👉 Being in water also helps with chronic, musculoskeletal pain – think arthritis, fibromyalgia etc.

👉 Spending time in and near the ocean helps to improve sleep quality – I can personally vouch for that - I sleep like a baby here! – and even positively changes HRV! Added sunshine provides much needed vitamin D, supporting the immune function, bone health and mood regulation!

But I think the Maldives truly has something very special about it, even beyond the research, I feel it – no wonder it’s been named “a playground of rich and famous” and trust me, it’s not what you think!

There is a certain, beautiful softness here, which can only be felt in the body – the air is soft, the ocean is soft, the sands are pristine and also… soft.

It’s like Mother Earth itself is giving you a soft, warm embrace. It’s the energy of love and it is extremely healing.

It’s hard to write about it – it needs to be experienced to be understood and soon, very soon, I am going to share an opportunity for you to do just that 💙

I was talking to one of my coaching clients last night, and something became painfully clear: if you want to change your life, you must be willing to let parts of it die. Sometimes that means relationships, possessions, and often the traits you’ve been clinging to for years.

Real change doesn’t happen overnight. Dreaming is cute, but it’s still just dreaming. Talking about your vision won’t make it real. and complaining certainly won’t. I can sit behind a screen and sympathise - or I can challenge you. Want to guess which one happened last night?

If you’re not ready (or even if you think you are), having someone point out your inability to take action can sting. You’ll resist it. You’ll defend it. And yet… you need to hear it. Because we cling to what’s familiar long after it’s served its purpose. We complain, we promise ourselves we’ll change - for the twentieth time in three years—and we wake up in the same place next year.

When the moment for real action arrives, fear freezes you. Of course it does. Big change involves pain. Your nervous system is literally rewiring. Old pathways die off. And yes - death, even internal death, isn’t gentle.

Here’s the good news: it doesn’t last. It feels eternal, but it isn’t. The moment you recognise that your old patterns (and your complaining about them) have been fulfilling hidden needs - attention, validation - you finally have a starting point.

So why do I speak so confidently about this? Because I’ve reinvented myself more times than I can count. I’ve walked through fear, breathed through discomfort, and dismantled entire versions of myself in the name of growth. My Limitless Living Experiment didn’t suddenly appear out of thin air—I’ve been pushing my edges all my life.

What did arrive recently was the clarity of what my life is actually devoted to: expansion, freedom, and helping others access their own potential. That’s why I left home, sold everything, and hit the road—not to “follow a dream,” but to live in alignment with who I’m becoming.

Ever wondered why some places make you feel instantly lighter, happier, and more alive?

For me, that place is the Maldives and here is why.

🐚 First of all, the Maldivian sun — that daily, natural dose of vitamin D is essential for good health and a natural mood boost.

🐚 Then there are the pristine, white sandy beaches made from crushed coral. They’re not just picture-perfect — they’re therapeutic: super soft, cooling, and grounding. I mostly walk barefoot everywhere here.

🐚 Next comes what I call the “Blue Space Effect.” The Indian Ocean is an endless play of blues — nature’s colour therapy at its best — deeply cooling and calming for the mind.

👉 The salty sea air feels invigorating and revitalising, while the rich marine life and lush island nature offer daily doses of “wow.”

🐚 And the sea itself… it’s pure therapy. The temperature and softness of the water here are perfection. I swim every single day — often more than once. My mornings always begin with an ocean swim, and instantly I feel energised, uplifted, and deeply alive.

It’s true — the Maldives is where I feel my healthiest and my happiest 💙

🐚 Add to this the abundance of water activities — swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboarding, surfing, diving — and you have a truly heavenly place to recharge and reset!

This is exactly why I chose to run my retreats here!

Practising yoga and meditating in this setting happens effortlessly — the mind softens, the heart opens, and gratitude becomes your natural state.

𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙇 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 — 𝙣𝙤 𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙧, 𝙣𝙤 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙨🫰

It happens when you’ve had enough of your old life.
When you’re no longer willing or able to tolerate the same old story you keep telling yourself — things like:
“Oh, but I don’t have the time to…”
“My life is just too busy for…”
“Yes, I want to eat healthy but…”
“I know this job/relationship is toxic but…”

I’ve heard them all through years of coaching people — and one thing I want to tell you: if this is you, you are not ready.

Because real change equals commitment.
It’s about committing to investing your time and energy into something that isn’t yet tangible.
Committing to the point of accepting short-term discomfort for massive long-term gain.

So, if you want REAL life change, you need to become REALISTIC.

1️⃣ It’s not going to happen overnight.
You have to commit, over and over again, daily.

2️⃣ You WILL have to step out of your comfort zone.
You’ll need to become fluent and fluid in the language of discomfort — it’s literal physical training that involves your nervous and endocrine systems.

3️⃣ You WILL have to let go of the person you are now.
This may include your current habits, your routine (or lack of it), and, in some cases, even your job, relationships, or certain friends.

And here’s THE PARADOX:

This last part, which sounds the hardest, is actually the easiest. Because as you evolve, those old patterns and people simply stop resonating.At first it might feel like loss — but it’s actually liberation!
