This is an idea that I've been exploring within myself recently, that my true colours may not be in the centre of society's range but nearer the edge. I'm more emotional than rational, more intuitive than cognitive. But they are MY centre and where I'm meant to be.. Does this resonate? The more we can each be our true colours, the more we allow others to be their true colours too, whatever they are.

My reflexology leans towards the intuitive and allows space for you, and your intelligent body to be seen and heard. 💜💙🩵💚💛🧡❤️

It may seem counter-intuitive, but sometimes taking an hour to calm the body can be the best way to get your thoughts in order. Taking a walk, dancing to some music, sitting in silence can all help reset your nervous system.
