🌄A 6.30am start to attempt the Day 5 Beacons Way Walk: Storey Arms to Craig Y Nos. 23km-18.5miles later….we conquered it
⛰️Truly felt we were on top of the world
🥾Truly feel blessed to be here, to have legs 🦵 strong enough to carry me all this way
⛰️The other worldly landscapes at times took our breath away
🪶🦅Our soundtrack was skylarks, goldfinches, robins, the cuckoo and the majestical red kites
🚶🏻‍♀️It’s a special thing to walk with others and yet walk alone, to have time to leave the everyday behind and be immersed in Big Nature
🌞The Sun ☀️ shone for us but not too much, a very rare occurrence in the Welsh hills
