I want to give this wonderful lady a shout out.Sam has been training me for a few years now. I recently had a bereavement and really didn’t feel like thrashing around. So I asked Sam if we could do yoga instead. Wow is all I’m going to say. I’ve not been sleeping, and life has been super stressful these last few months. Supporting Carers Affected by Dementia. Over the past 8 weeks, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families affected by dementia through gentle, restorative Reiki sessions. This round of sessions is nearly complete, and I’m now opening up spaces for the next group. If you know a carer or family struggling with the emotional and physical toll of dementia, please do share this with them.Reiki offers a deeply relaxing space to unwind and recharge.
