Happy 19th Birthday to Penarth Physiotherapy Practice.
Opened on Windsor Rd by John Toshack 19 years ago, the practice has gone from strength to strength, moving to The Courtyard in the town centre, just off Hickman Rd near Victoria Bridge in 2019.
The practice, which is already one of the busiest & best Physiotherapy practices around, has an unrivalled reputation for evidence-based practice & clinical excellence,
PPP Director Dyfri Owen who has also been Head Physio to the Wales National Football Team, Cardiff RFC & Glamorgan County Cricket Club and was also a Spinal Pain, Pathology & Injury Specialist Physio in Llandough Hospital has built an impressive team of Specialist Physios at the Courtyard practice.
PPP PHYSIO LTD. employ Musculoskeletal Specialist Physios, Sports Injury and Rehab Specialist Physios & they also have Paediatric, Women’s Health & Respiratory Specialist Physios on site too.
The Courtyard is now also home to the Penarth Pilates Practice which provides 13 Physio-led, high quality Pilates classes every week. They also offer Pilates Reformer sessions & 1:1 & small group Pilates sessions.
The other side of the PPP Courtyard is currently being redeveloped & this will bring a very large & previously unused building back to life & it will become a state of art Pilates Studio, Pilates Reformer Studio & a Physiotherapy Gym / Rehab space.
A lot has changed at Penarth Physio Practice in the past 19 years but one thing that won’t change is the companies ethos & commitment to always provide the highest possible standard of evidence-based care & level of service at all times.
