Carolyn is a qualified, experienced practitioner and teacher in many areas of vibrational healing and body work. She is guided in her workshops and one to one sessions, using sacred sound, voice, dance, movement, spiritual teachings, meditation, shamanic healing, body work, healing touch and intuitive guidance to facilitate healing and transformation. Carolyn is based in Penarth near Cardiff and offers workshops, sound journeys/baths, shamanic circles, woman’s circles, tribal gatherings and retreats throughout the UK and other European countries.''

So here we are in the dark. For me this is the most potent time as the wheel of the Year turns and we move towards the Solstice Gateway. I rise in the dark and I know the radiance of my light, yet I flounder and fall to the depths where all that is not me calls to be healed and integrated into my wounded heart. The myth that my heart is wounded is slowly leaving me and I smile and bow deeply to the immensity of who I am. Still in an introverted and private place. it gives me such joy to step out of my cave to share in sacred community most Thursday evenings and we have the profound magic of A woodland Solstice Fire on Friday 22nd. If you feel the call to join us you will be most welcome, these evenings are potent and healing. I am Carolyn and the founder of Innersmile and Sacred Vibration. Most of us are aware there is so much more to life and creation than conventional Western thinking is prepared to embrace, More and more people are waking up from the mass dream of separation, limitation and fear and looking for a path, very different to what is encouraged within our culture.
As a young child I would walk the beach and listen to the sea and feel the ebb and flow in my body, I heard the call and would whisper to myself ‘there is more.......’ My spiritual path towards this universal truth. ‘All life is connected, all life is sacred’ has been long and varied. I have studied with many wonderful teachers, exploring many spiritual traditions.
Always my greatest teacher has been nature. In the early 90’s I experienced a Shamanic Awakening at a sacred river and this was the impetus for my journey with sound, voice and heart as a healing transcendent modality, In my knowing it is vital to the awakening of humanity in these crucial times.
This journey begins in our own heart. It is here we can know ourselves as powerful creators, rather than helpless victims of these times. We hear this call deep within our own individual psyches where we know we are connected to the vast web of existence . I am passionate about sharing this universal truth and lovingly committed to encouraging people to move from their heads to their hearts to discover true joy and authenticity, moving through this world as powerful loving creators rather than helpless victims of these times. This is our birthright. We are waking up. These are times of great change and now is the time to remember our own dream, . We can break through the illusion and herald in a new golden age. We are the ones we have been waiting for and we can change this world.
