Nija Yoga

Nija Yoga Teaching Yoga in Penarth. I am teaching Ashtanga Yoga in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

I want to inspire students to take home a personal practice they can dip into whenever they need, wherever they are. I provide an open, stimulating environment for them to grow and explore their practice and bodies. I want them to enjoy their practice as it is for them, without fearing judgement or competition. I hope to improve their awareness, their strength and stamina on the mat and to help th

em translate that to their lives off the mat. I would like to share with them the experience of reduction in stress, improvements in concentration and confidence. By fostering an attitude of dedication to regular practice they can see these benefits as soon and as often as possible.

I hope everyone has had an enjoyable Summer!
As we start to think about a return to routine, here is my plan for September:
After a busy Summer with little time spent on self-care, I am planning a slow start.
Anyone who's been thinking about starting Yoga will find this a gentle introduction to my class and it would be a great time to start.
I have secured a new venue for Monday nights and I'm excited to get in there next week.
Classes back from Monday 9th September.

Monday: 18:30-19:30 @ Drama Studio, St Cyres School, Penarth
Wednesday: 09:15-10:15 @ My House

Classes are £8 per session or £40 for a 6 class pass valid for 6 months.
