No time for gym today.... So I set up part of the exercise area at Hillside Cabin and had an arms and cardio blast with my post knocker (roughly 25kg).

Not everyone owns a post knocker, but I will be uploading regular DIY workouts for those who don't have time to attend the gym but still want to get a session in.

Stay tuned for future outdoor workouts 👊

This one today was as follows:

10 x bicep curls
10 x triceps extensions
10 x double leg mountain climbers

I did 5 sets with 30 seconds rest in between.

Back to work for now 💪

Door mats have arrived at Find a Dip HQ - Hillside Cabin! 🔥

We're about a month away from launch of the cabin and the app. Find a Dip welcomes you to a wellness retreat which specialises in hot and cold therapy, unique exercise sessions and fun!

During your stay, not only will you unwind and learn to live in the present moment, you can also enjoy fun activities such as:

Table tennis

Access to a trampoline
Outdoor gym and yoga area

The cabin is powered by solar, state of the art battery systems, bio ethanol and gas.

The cabin also features a pizza oven, projector screens in both the living area and bedroom that also links to a crisp sound quality Bluetooth speaker.

The cabin has a fully functioning bathroom and hot water!

Hillside Cabin has all the essentials like a fridge freezer, gas grill and instant heat via the bio ethanol fires.

Nessled in a small woodland, the cabin is surrounded by complete tranquility.

Hello everyone. For those who don't know me yet, my name is Jake and I'm the founder of Find a Dip. I am also in the process of building an off grid cabin in woodland.

Find a Dip enables users to locate dipping spots in their local area. Users can also add new spots to the app, tracke their dips and build ice points. The more ice points you have, the more discount you'll receive on future merchandise and you will also be entered into frequent competitions to win stays at Hillside Cabin and more.

Hillside Cabin is a wellness centre, a retreat. It will feature the following.

Ice baths
Steam room
Projector screen in bedroom and living area
Pizza oven
Exercise area
Meditation, yoga and deep breathing space
Ping pong table
Access to extended garden with trampoline and football goal

I will also be taking personal wellness sessions (booked separately) where I take you through hot and cold therapy followed by yoga, bodyweight exercise, deep breathing and meditation.

The app and the cabin are on course to launch in August. I will be posting some progress videos later on.

Launching this month!

Find a Dip is a mobile app which allows users to locate cold dipping spots in their area.

Planning a trip away? Open the map inside the app and check out what spots are in your destination!

Found a new spot that isn't yet on the app? Simply click 'add a spot' so other users are also able to find it.

Gain 'ice points' and level up by tracking your dips with the built in timer. For every minute you dip, you get one ice point. For every new spot you add to the app, you gain 3 ice points. Ice points can be used to enter competitions like a night's stay in Find a Dip's very own off grid cabin with access to a river, lake and wood fired sauna. Ice points can also be used to receive discounts on merchandise.

In the first picture we have the profile section. Here, users can select their profile picture, view added spots, favourite spots and their recently visited spots. We also have a section called 'how it works' that explains how to use and navigate through the app.

I'm the second picture we have the cabin. This will be updated frequently with new pictures and information on future competitions.
