Celebrating 2 years of chiropractic care with the wonderful Neil today 🙌

He has come such a long way in his health journey, from living with lower back pain daily, and accepting stress as an inevitable part of life.

With lifestyle changes, and even a new career he is just shining with positivity every time I see him (and extra lit up this week after his firewalk experience with us last weekend)!

It's said "the best time to get adjusted is at birth, the second best time is now"

this morning I had the absolute honour of checking this little man's spine only 34 hours after he joined us earth side!

I've had 14 years of checking children and babies, but delivering their first one is always super special. His mum has visited me throughout her pregnancy, which is how she knew to bring him when he seemed uncomfortable, struggling to latch and preferring to turn his head to one side.

it's difficult to reach new mums in these early days, but often it's when I can help the most. If you know someone with a newborn, please help mum by letting her know I exist!

It's important to start your day / week/ weekend the right way, and for us that's with a calm, connected nervous system and happy, mobile body!
