Did you see that our antenatal sessions are coming to Penicuik?! Our first session is next weekend! Here are all upcoming dates and locations so you can find the session that works best for you. Sessions are suitable from around 34 weeks onwards.

Our Bump Buddy sessions cover breastfeeding, bonding with your baby and what to expect in the early days of parenthood. It is also a great opportunity to meet other local mums due at the same time as you.

You are welcome to bring along a partner, friend or family member- whoever will be supporting you once baby arrives. It can be helpful for them to learn a bit more breastfeeding and the best way to support you.

All our sessions are FREE but it's helpful for us to know who to expect so please reserve your spot here:

We celebrated our 11th year of Breastfeeding Cafe this morning with b***y balloons!
Since 2014 we have supported something like 540 families from our little nest in the Glencorse Centre. Thanks to The Breastfeeding Network (UK) for our training and support, and to the whole family Midlothian Breastfeeding Support.

Great News! - We're working in partnership with the Armed Forces to run a free Dads playgroup for Military Dads! It's on Sat 30th Nov 10am in Penicuik, reply to this post, or get in touch if you'd like to book a space.

It's open to children aged 0-5 years, come along for some fun and meet other Dads and families.

Get your tickets for our family friendly fundraiser ceilidh on 3rd February. It's in the afternoon and very suitable for families and those with small kids. There will be a fantastic ceilidh band with called dances for beginners.

Happy New Year all! Don't forget to get a ticket to our 10-year Celebration Ceilidh on the afternoon of 3rd February. £15 for adults and all kids and babies free. It's a fundraiser but if you want to come and the price would stop you send us a message and we can figure something out.
