Finished today catching up with the latest episode of greys anatomy (anyone else?) and being really thrilled with how this week has gone. It’s been sheer joy getting back to classes this week, back to a routine and seeing everyone. Loved it. I’ve taught over 50 people and two private one to one sessions. It’s been an incredible week. Heart well and truly full. This Sunday is also the first workshop of the year and the first time I’m integrating coaching into these workshops which I’m nervecited about.

But it’s been so good that my head is up my bum and I’ve been to the shops twice to get milk and left the shop twice without milk 🤣🤦‍♀️🤣🤦‍♀️

Classes back on next week and I’m trialing a Friday morning yin as a gentle wake up (join for free next Friday).

I’m so looking forward to running this event. Imbolc is the midway point between the solstice and the spring equinox. It’s when we notice the light returning and often our energy and motivation returning too. It’s a beautiful event to honour.

In this gentle workshop you will:

Slow down and reflect — create space to listen inwardly and acknowledge your own inner wisdom.

Release stagnation — through slow, long-held yin shapes and supportive restorative postures that help ease tension and invite energy to move.

Set intentions for growth — supported by mindful breathwork and quiet stillness.

Integrate and rest — with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful guided meditation that settles the nervous system and anchors your intentions in body and mind.

This practice is a soft landing into the new season — a chance to pause, breathe, restore, and begin again with kindness and clarity. Suitable for all levels; no yoga experience necessary.

Very limited spaces left. Book here - https://bookwhen.com/triciamurray/e/ev-s5qzk-20260201140000

I was speaking with someone today who said to me she was worried yoga wouldn’t be for her as she couldn’t concentrate enough or touch her toes.

Here’s the thing. Yoga is for everyone - it doesn’t matter if you can touch your toes, if you’re curvy or slim, if you’d brain goes at a million miles an hour, what gender or sexuality you are, if you’re young or beautifully maturing, if you’re fit or working on your fitness, if you have dodgy knees/backs/other... everyone can do yoga as long as you’ve got a set of lungs and an open mind.

It’s more than just stretching and exercise. It’s a way to work with the breath and body to support the mind to feel calmer, to release emotions and feel well physically and mentally in your everyday life.

If you’re interested in trying yoga... book here https://bookwhen.com/triciamurray and get £5 off your first class using the code FIVER on booking.

30/12/2025

2025 has genuinely been a brilliant year.

Here’s *some* of my peak moments… in rough order…

January and March Meg and I ran two rounds of Wild Women - this was a programme to help women be truly liberated. The results and feedback were incredible and I’m glad we did it. As always it helped me to question my own approach and lifestyle including stopping wearing make up (wild!).

Jan to June I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with . It was incredible and truly life changing whilst also being a huge undertaking energetically and emotionally.

In February I started lunchtime yoga classes in my sitting room and in May I started teaching classes.

Jo McCoy facilitated the most valuable experience ever with her Sat Nam sessions and painting ❤️❤️❤️

I cut my hair off in April - the first time since 2004 my hair was short! Love it!

With we ran two wellbeing festivals (Apr and Oct)which were well attended.

We had two fab camping holidays. One in gairloch and one in interlaken in Switzerland.

In August I was back teaching and was asked to run outdoor yoga for the glencorse swimmers. An absolute peak moment for me and this will be one of my priorities next year to offer outdoor yoga throughout the year.

I started my yin and restorative training with and will complete this in Jan next year. I knew I’d do this training as soon as I decided to train to be a yoga teacher because of the impact yin yoga had had on my mental wellbeing. It feels like I’m in my happy place.

I ran 4 yin workshops from October to December- 3 of which were fully booked and January’s was filled within a few days of advertising.

In October I raised £175 for Medical Aid Palestine and recently £167.50 for LoveOliver.

I’m still seeing coaching clients, business mentoring clients and keeping myself a bit too busy. I’d never change this however.

I’d like to thank all of you guys for supporting me, cheering me on, collaborating and coming to classes and choosing to work with me. Thank you.

Looking forward to 2026!!!
