I feel it’s been a while since I have done a full rundown of everything we offer at Little Leopards. Yoga, Massage and general pre and post natal wellness is our speciality. We work hard to make all classes feel special, all parents feel seen and heard and all little ones to feel comfortable. Alongside Little Leopards I also teach Reformer Pilates and hold specialist pre and post natal classes each week. Did you know we have weekly Toddler Yoga classes? Our Little Yogis sessions are a great intro to yoga and mindfulness for littles aged 18 months up. Don’t worry if they might not sit still, get easily distracted or are loud little guys that doesn’t matter at all. All we need is for them to be confidently walking and starting to copy actions and they will fit right in. We introduce yoga movement and breathing, emotions, mindful activities and loads of energy burning fun. Why not give it a try? Quite a few of you have been asking when the next few courses will be so I have been organised and put all classes until the end of June on our website for booking. We have our weekly pre and post natal yoga sessions, baby massage and yoga courses and weekly toddler yoga sessions. Due to how school holidays (& my own holiday) have fallen we will have full courses starting in April going into May, then a few one off taster sessions for anyone who would like to try a session out or just pop in for an extra one, then more full courses starting in June. Little Leopards only exists because of Isla. She is the reason I retrained, the reason I left my “career” behind, the reason for it all. Little Leopards allows me to have more freedom but occasionally I may forget it’s half term and the reason for it all has to come to work with me for the day!
