Some of you may remember that last year we held some Mother’s Day Keepsake events raising money for Alzheimer’s Research, the charity David was running the London marathon for, in honour of his wonderful mum who was diagnosed with early onset dementia a number of years ago. They were great events that raised lots of money.
Last week my wonderful mother in law sadly passed away. It was an honour to know and love her and therefore I would like to do another Mother’s Day fundraising event in her memory. This time raising funds for Alzheimer’s Society, a charity who helped us as a family over the years.
I will be hosting a day of Mother’s Day keepsake making, tea coffee cake and hopefully a raffle! This is where you come in, do you have a small business that could donate a raffle prize or know someone who could? If you do, please drop me a message.
