I'm back in the clinic after a short, we'll needed break with my mum and Deefer Dog in the caravan in Castleton.

I'm back fully charged and ready for the week ahead, I have a few appointments available through the rest of June.....give me a shout

Sorry, I've been very quiet on social media this month......

Between my dad passing away at the end of April and laying him to rest 😢 and running The Lap ultra marathon, I've been rather busy.

From Monday 2nd June 2025, I will be back running at full strength.....watch this space for something new 😁😁

But for now, RIP Poppa Bear 🤍💛💙

💛💙THE LAP💙💛

😱😬5 days to go! 😬😱

The last two weeks of training hasn't really gone to plan, most of you will know why 😢 However me and Stuart still plan to take the trip upto The Lakes this coming weekend and complete THE LAP on the 10th May in memory of my amazing Dad (who I think thought I was bonkers doing this 😂) I will be carrying a photo of him in my pocket.

The Lap is a 47mile ultra marathon, the route is a lap of Lake Winderemere, so some tough terrain with some amazing views (I hope 🤞)
