My aim is to improve your general health and wellbeing through tailor made Reflexology and Indian Head Massage treatments

Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing complementary therapy that can be enjoyed by almost anyone. The theory is that the hands and feet are mini maps of the body, so various points on your hands or feet (or ears or face) correspond to different areas of your body. A reflexologist will work on these points to aid relaxation and wellbeing, with the aim of a treatment, or course of treatments, to encourage the body back into a state of balance. Instead of just focussing on one area that needs attention, reflexology treats the entire person. Along with promoting relaxation and enhancing mood, reflexology is used by many to re-energize when feeling out of sorts or in need of a boost.
