Kick off 2026 with our 6 week Pilates Beginners Course in Pennard, perfect if you’re ready to feel stronger, more mobile and more connected to your body.
It's just ÂŁ90 for the whole course, which includes:
1.5 hour session each week
Supportive, small-group setting
Gentle progressions to build strong foundations
Intro to the Pilates Tower ~ discover how its spring-based support can improve strength, alignment, mobility and body awareness
Ordinary mat Pilates classes are great, and we have those on offer too… BUT our Tower classes propel your Pilates practice significantly. What you can achieve in 1 year on the mat alone can be achieved in just 3 months with a combination of mat and tower!
This beginners course is designed to prepare you to join a Mat/Tower combo class with confidence.
