Mae problem ledled Cymru gyda'n system gyfrifiadurol glinigol y bore yma. Nid ydym yn gallu prosesu unrhyw bresgripsiynau na chael mynediad at gofnodion meddygol, dim ond cyngor brys y byddwn yn gallu delio ag ef nes bod y mater hwn wedi'i ddatrys.
Byddwn yn postio diweddariad yn y awr nesaf.

There is a Wales-wide problem with our clinical computer system this morning. We are unable to process any prescriptions or access medical records, we will only be able to deal with urgent advice until this issue is sorted.
We will post update in next hour.

- Mae meddygfa Harlech ar agor gyda phlebotomydd ond nid oes meddyg na nyrs ar y safle ar hyn o bryd, gobeithio cael draw y prynhawn ‘ma.

- Bydd meddygfa Trawsfynydd yn parhau ar gau heddiw

UPDATE

- Penrhyndeudraeth surgery is open - GP and phlebotomist on site

- Harlech surgery is open with phlebotomist but no doctor or nurse currently on site until possibly the afternoon

- Trawsfynydd surgery will remain closed today.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Due to the severe weather conditions and heavy snow, staff are unable to attend work today. As a result, the surgery in Trawsfynydd will be closed.

We will continue to monitor the situation at our Penrhyndeudraeth and Harlech branches and provide further updates as soon as possible.
