I've been quiet here for some time now. I've not been called to share on social media much. My gaze has been turned inward primarily.. with a sprinkle of nature, walking & adventure here and there 🌈

It's been another wonderful year of growth.. but with more magic, peace & joy than I've experienced in a long time.. and for that, I am immensely grateful ✨️

Thank you 2025.. I look forward to the unfolding of 2026... and with spring on the way, I will soon be out of hibernation, with some new offerings to add to old favourites. Watch this space! ♥️

The words below come primarily from Athen Chimenti of Mastering the Zodiac.

When I read his newsletter on Tuesday, I was genuinely struck by how precisely his observations matched what I’ve been experiencing, what I’ve been witnessing in others, and in the collective energy. As I was considering what to share in my next post, his insights felt so aligned that I chose to share a slightly adapted version of his original message, shared with deep respect for Athen and his work. I’d love to know if it resonates for you too?

The experiences we move through have purpose. They're not random. They're calling you towards transformation, towards a way of being that's more aligned with what you actually need rather than what you've been taught to want.

If you’ve been called to examine your boundaries, your commitments, and where you've been giving without receiving, you aren’t alone.

You may have wondered whether your spiritual practices actually serve you, whether your sacrifices have real meaning, or whether you've been dissolving into ideals that don't belong to you.

What felt uncertain or in flux can now take more concrete shape. The review is finished. This doesn't mean everything suddenly becomes clear, but momentum returns. Commitments you've been reconsidering can now move in one direction or another. What began as a turn inwards, into hidden truths and buried stories, is now evolving into clarity about relationships, choices, and how you communicate what matters to you most.

This time has or will, ask you to reconsider conversations, to revisit decisions, and to examine whether your choices truly reflect what you value. It's asked whether you've been speaking your truth or accommodating others at the expense of yourself. The mental loops are finally settling now. Indecision has a way forward. Be ready to shift from internal review to external action..

The energies over the past four days or so have been powerful and undeniably intense. Many of us have felt the squeeze - a sacred invitation to witness and release the old patterns or wounds that no longer serve who we are becoming...Old memories resurfacing… echoes of past connections, heartbreak, grief, and the heaviness carried for far too long.

Today, I honour it all. I offer a deep bow of gratitude for the lessons, the growth, and the clarity these emotions have brought — and I release them with love.
These moments have reminded me of my worth, my strength, and that my unconditional love will not always be met or reciprocated. And that’s okay. The depth with which we love is a gift - meant only for those who can meet us there…

I had a big realisation last summer... I no longer knew what my dreams or aspirations were. It was a tough thing to realise. Not only that, but experiencing joy had become sparse.. almost non-existent...🤦🏻‍♀️
It started to feel like I was in a weird, transitional, liminal space.. I could sense that life was about to take another big turn... 😆
After ignoring nudges to give up teaching weekly yoga classes for over 6 months, I listened, and my final weekly class was December last year. Although there were a lot of tears, it was a RELIEF! 🙌🏼
I didn't leave the safety and security of a permanent full-time job to be miserable whilst teaching something I loved.. so it was time for a pivot.. but how, and to what? 🤔
Honestly? I don't have it all figured out, but what I do know is that we aren't always meant to know! Sometimes life isn't black and white... and in that grey space, is a place of trust and surrender.. and the more you lean into that, the more opportunities appear ✨️
So here I am.. embracing the unknown, the uncertainty, and it feels AMAZING! ❤️
So here are just some of the things that bring me joy:
I love Cumbria! It is so beautiful 😍
I love to jump in my little van and go on long drives, with nothing to distract me but the views, the odd sing song or podcast (more things I love!) 🦋
I love long walks with old and new friends in nature 🌳
I love sharing my gifts.. offering Soul Transformation Therapy as a powerful form of Spiritual Healing & Guidance has brought me so much joy! I can't wait to share it with more people 💫
I love to learn! 🤓 And that is why I'm back up this way.. stay tuned, more on that to follow 😉
As I create more joy, I feel the zest for life come back into my bones and my very being. And I remember my dreams now and ignite new ones. And I remembered, I am the creator of my reality.. as are you🌹

🌗 Finding the Middle Path 🌗

For much of my life, I was always doing, rushing, achieving… then suddenly, nothing. Burnout hit, and I crashed.

Then I found Yin Yoga — a safe, gentle space to slow down, breathe, and be. It changed everything. But even stillness, when overdone, can leave us out of balance.

☯ We need both Yin & Yang — softness and strength, rest and action.

The softness allows us to receive, and the strength helps us rise. The stillness invites us inward, and the action moves us forward.🌙☀️

Yin teaches us to listen, to surrender, to be. Yang calls us to show up, to create, to do.

Too much of either throws us off balance.

Too much rest? We lose momentum.
Too much hustle? We lose ourselves.

True harmony comes from honouring both.
