Join us on Tuesday evenings at 7pm for our Reiki Healing workshops, whether you are level 1 or level 2 trained or perhaps new to Reiki and want to learn more. All are welcome 🩶✨

These workshops are the perfect opportunity for you to reconnect with Reiki, deepen your learning and practice your techniques. Be able to discuss your experiences and build your confidence, especially for those who haven’t practiced for a while.

We will work on grounding and centering exercises — meditation, breathwork, or light movement to prepare the mind and body,
including Reiki breathing and visualisation.
Scanning and sensing the energy using Reiju Ho technique and picking up on irregularities.
Develop a deeper understanding of the Chakras and their imbalances.
We will also take a deeper look at grounding protection and setting boundaries.

We will hold practice sessions, looking at self-treatment — applying Reiki to yourself to feel the flow of energy. As well as partner exchanges — practicing on other participants under guidance. As well as group Reiki — working together on one recipient to amplify the effect.

If you are Reiki attuned you may receive regular reiki attunements🩶✨

Spend time in reflection, sharing your experiences with the group and discussing how to integrate Reiki into daily life and practices.

Self-care is essential because it’s the foundation for your physical health, mental well-being, and long-term ability to show up for your responsibilities and relationships without burning out. Think of it like maintaining a car — you can keep driving on low fuel or worn-out tires for a while, but eventually you’ll stall or cause damage that’s harder to repair.

Massage is good for the mind and body because it works on multiple levels at once — physically relaxing muscles and improving circulation, while also triggering psychological and neurological responses that calm the nervous system.
Not only does it ease knots, stiffness, and soreness caused by stress, poor posture, or overuse, massage reduces cortisol levels and promotes the release of serotonin and dopamine (feel-good neurotransmitters).
