We’re so excited to have Omcalma joining us at A Day of Healing & Connection with this beautiful workshop 💛

Auras and Chakras, Your Body's Energy System
Understanding and working with your body's energy, via your 7 main chakras and aura energy system, including some gentle, mindful movement to integrate the chakras, calming movement to help clear and cleanse the aura and finishing with some quiet, gentle grounding.
The discussion elements will be while seated but the movement element will ideally mean standing with some space, although where necessary can be practiced seated.

✨ Suggested donation: £5 per person

This is such a lovely opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body and learn how to work with your own energy ✨
