There are more than 30,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests in the UK every year and sadly, less than 1 in 10 people survive these cardiac arrests.

Performing immediate CPR can double the chance of survival & and when a defibrillator is available the survival rate can be tripled.

Do you know what to when someone collapses and stops breathing?

The British Heart Foundation have created a free app to help you learn (or refresh your skills) if someone has a cardiac arrest. It take just 15 minutes to learn and you even get a free certificate!
