Beautiful Cranio-Sacral Therapy!
A friend asked me the other day what it is I love about CST – why do I practise it.
For me, it is about unexpected possibilities; it draws upon wisdom from within the whole physical body (rather than just the mind); it is an opportunity for a different way of being with another – outside the social norms (eg no requirement for talking/chatting); it offers the possibility of making remarkable leaps;
I find it beautiful!

Mystery! In our world of wanting to understand, know and analyze everything, I find mystery refreshing - like where Leo's stories come from - see his story. (Maybe healing happens the same way?...)

In 1989 I began working in schools as a storyteller. In the following seven years I gave over two thousand performances to children in about three hundred primary schools all over Southern England. I told mostly European folk tales.

You may be interested in watching this short video on YouTube. It gives a good idea of some of the hand positions which may be used on the head and neck during a treatment - all with very little pressure. (By the way, as I do not combine with massage, my clients remain fully-clothed.) There are plenty of other YouTube CST videos too...

Apparently, a recent change in the law means I am no longer permitted to say what I believe Cranio-Sacral Therapy is good for! So all I can suggest is that you give me a ring or e-mail me to see whether it might have something to offer for how you are.
