My Community- Penrith 'My Community' is all about us, our community, working together & creating positive change. (We do not try to imitate anybody, only support what they are doing)

My Community is a Royal initiative brought to thanks to funding. We are employed by , our aim is to work with the community to find out what is good, what could be better and use co production to help make Penrith a better place for people with a learning disability and everyone to live. We work with other groups and occasionally you will see us promoting events from other groups that we have supported, either through co producing something new or by funding Launch events.

Looking for a free supportive walking group, and a chance to meet new people?

Our drop-in Walk and Talk groups are a lovely chance to meet with others coping with the death of a loved one, to share experiences, and receive support from others who understand.

Join us for our next Walk and Talk group – no need for a referral.

Calling all artistic autistic adults in the Penrith/Eden area. We've got spaces available in our weekly social art group that's held every Wednesday in Penrith.
You can bring along your own art project to work on, or just bring your ideas and use our cupboard full of art supplies to bring your creative ideas to life.
