What a fantastic few days at UK Dairy Expo 2026! 🐄✨

We'd like to congratulate all of our clients on their successes, with multiple Champions and Reserve Champions amongst them. We are proud to work with such elite animals and their passionate owners.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to see the Paragon Farm Vets team – we really appreciate you taking the time to catch up, and it was great to see so many of our clients, colleagues and friends from across the industry.

Want to select the best recipients for your transfers? 🐮

Here are some considerations for selecting and preparing recipients:

🔸Maiden heifers over 350kg and cycling
🔸Younger cows after their peak yield in lactation (For beef breeds a good calving history is preferable)
🔸Body Condition Score of 2.5
🔸Allow bought in recipients to settle for 6 weeks before starting a program
🔸Give your recipients a long fibre based diet
