The Fascia Retreat are excited to announce our first event in the beautiful woodlands at springwood glamping site nr Kendal.
An idyllic location with a river next to the camp site for dips. We will be making the most of the location with lots of barefoot work on the grass, meditations around the camp fire, and using the woodlands to explore fun fascial fitness moves.

Next Series of 'in person' Yin/Fascia yoga starts back in 'The Loft' at The health Barn, Askham on Thursday 21st October for 4 consecutive weeks. (21st, 28th October and 4th, 11th November)
All props are provided, including heated blankets, vibration massage tools, hot stones and heated eye masks.
Classes from 1:30 - 3 pm OR 5:30 - 7 pm.
A place to be inquisitive about your own bodies symmetry and potential restrictions and how this might be impacting your general health; then have the time and space to start to release them.
Four session £60.

Next series of live zoom Fascia/Yin Yoga starts Tuesday 19th October for 4 consecutive weeks, 5:30pm until 7 pm. Recordings available for 1 week after the live session.
We will be taking the body-wide approach to health, including breath work, fascia release techniques and melting stretches from head to toe.
Suitable for anyone who is interested in seeking out restrictions in their bodies and then have the time and space held for them so that they may be released.
Four sessions £40.
