The Fascia Retreat are excited to announce our first event in the beautiful woodlands at springwood glamping site nr Kendal.
An idyllic location with a river next to the camp site for dips. We will be making the most of the location with lots of barefoot work on the grass, meditations around the camp fire, and using the woodlands to explore fun fascial fitness moves.
