Reading.
Poetry.
Nature walks.
Sunshine.
The beach and the sound of the ocean.
Dawn and sunsets.
The night sky, the moon and stars.
Birdsong, snowdrops and bluebells.
Singing, chanting, meditation and dancing.

January yoga classes are always well attended and I am so grateful for this. It’s heart warming as a teacher to see so many regulars being consistant with their practice.
