My spirit animal is the peaceful sea turtle, intuitive, patient, adaptable, connected to earth and sea.

Knees & grounding.
The Capricorn full moon last Thursday provided inspiration for the theme for this week’s classes.
I have combined the Capricorn element of earth with grounding asana, together with our own Cap - our knee cap. So there you have it a ‘healthy knees’ focused class with grounding asana to promote feelings of composure and a sense of belonging.
Hope you can join me tonight 6pm Widnes, Thursday 10am Burtonwood and Saturday 10am Greystoke🧎🏼‍♀️
