For people living with dementia, the change in routine and daylight can sometimes cause confusion or restlessness. Here are a few simple ways you can offer support and comfort: 💛

1️⃣ Keep routines consistent – Familiar daily patterns help reduce confusion.
2️⃣ Prepare on Saturday – A gentle reminder and small adjustments can make Sunday easier.
3️⃣ Stick to regular routines – Doing activities at the same time each day (like a walk after breakfast) helps give a sense of time and stability.
4️⃣ Encourage gentle exercise – Fresh air or light activity during the day can help promote better sleep at night.
