I started coming to Zena when I was pregnant suffering back pain. So pleased as I did Zena made me feel so comfortable and provided a special pillow so I could lay on my stomach and be comfortable. After having the baby I have been to Zena a few times to keep on top of my back pain. Zena is amazing and makes you feel at ease.

I honestly don't think I would ever use anyone else

Today's hen party just above bassenthwaite, what views on such a beautiful day & a little visitor watching over my treatment (positive poo 💩) finished with a visit to gallery with some amazing artist work

The amazing Adam doing a fantastic plastering on the wall & celling. The best plaster I've even met, such a great standard of workmanship & leaves it so clean & tidy

Rectifying the cold spot in treatment room.
First found why it gets so cold, with no insulation, , found beautiful stone brickwork, but very cold, so unfortunately i must be covered.. so added a new stud wall & insulation & plaster boarded. Ready for plaster tomorrow
