Sculpt Personal Training was set up and is run by Mike Salkeld and James Pittam who between them have over 25 years of Personal Training knowledge and experience. They have an outstanding reputation for building stronger, leaner and more athletic bodies as well as helping the feel great factor and building confidence. Mike and James are fortunate to work with: Clwyd, Tracy, Andrew and Karen who are all fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainers. Pam who is sculpts fully qualified dietician, Sally who is Sculpts Personal Pilates instructor and Danny who is Sculpts Life Coach. Our dedicated and experienced team allows us to deliver a 360 degree approach looking at the whole picture:
