Everyone’s routine is different, and rightly so. This is what my routine looks like (and has for the last 6+ months approximately) and I feel like my skin is really happy! To clarify; I like to use the minimal amount of products I can, to minimise the potential for issues as my skin reacts when I use a lot of different ingredients. I don’t cleanse in the mornings (what a game-changer for my skin!) unless it’s particularly hot and I’ve woken up oily. I’m learning to re-introduce actives VERY carefully, and my skin has benefited from using the Dennis Gross peels every 14ish days - I simply couldn’t and wouldn’t use them daily, but every other weekend seems to be fine. The Biodance and Dr Levy Masks I aim to use once a week, alternating, and again I’ve seen a visible improvement in my skin tone and it feels great. I use a retinol product during the autumn/winter and so will be introducing this Skin Rocks one 2/3 times per week (or less if it starts to irritate). The older I get the less my skin will tolerate, and it seems to like the unscented, “pharmaceutical/dermatologist-led” brands. At 37 - almost 38 - I’m really very happy with my skin, and as ever I’m choosing to focus on hydrating, nourishing skincare that really focuses on moisturising as I feel that benefits my skin the most ✨
