As we step into a new year, we want to thank all the families we’ve walked beside who placed their trust in us throughout 2025. It has been a privilege to care for your loved ones and to support you during such important moments.

As the year begins, our thoughts are also with everyone who has lost someone they love and may be carrying grief into the days ahead. A new year can bring mixed emotions, and there is no right or wrong way to feel as you move forward.

We wish you peace, comfort, and gentle moments as the year unfolds. With heartfelt thanks, we wish you a calm and hopeful New Year. 💛✨🌿

As this year draws to a close, it feels fitting to bring Lily’s story to a gentle conclusion.

What began as the tending of a grave uncovered a forgotten name and a life that deserved to be remembered. Thanks to the kindness and generosity of so many, Lily’s name now sits alongside her husband’s, where it should always have been.

We were honoured to be involved in this work, and to help ensure her memory is marked with dignity and care. Our sincere thanks to everyone who played a part in making this possible.

May Lily now rest peacefully, remembered and named. 🤍

🎉 EXCITING UPDATE 🎉

Lily's name has finally been added to the stone!

As some of you may know, back in August I tended to a grave that unravelled some lost connections and further revealed a story that touched many hearts. However, we later discovered that the name of the lovely lady in question had never been placed on her headstone with her husband.

Thanks to the kindess of the community and generosity from those near and far, enough money was raised to finally honour Lily's memory, and have her name added to the inscription upon which she rests.

A huge thanks to Penryn & Falmouth Funeral Directors for doing an incredible job at cost price, and despite the council dragging their feet with the paper work, got the work done quickly and just in time for Christmas.

The family and I would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who donated, and to those involved to make this happen.

Lillys name and legacy will now be remembered for many years to come. 🤍

This evening we were honoured to attend the Christmas Carol Service at Treswithian Crematorium (Daniel was delighted to play the organ for the service) — a truly beautiful and heartfelt evening. It was a privilege to come together with families, friends and the Treswithian team to reflect, remember, and honour those we hold close in our hearts.

A special moment for us was joining the Treswithian staff in singing a Christmas medley — a simple act of togetherness that reminded us how powerful community can be, especially at this time of year.
