This journey begins with a taster session on Monday 2nd March , offering an opportunity to experience the depth and intention of the Chakra immersion. Should the group proceed, the course will continue over a further six weeks, evolving into a rich seven-week journey of exploration, embodiment, and energetic alignment.

Join us for a deeply nourishing 7-week in-person journey through the Chakra system, where each week invites you to explore, experience, and truly embody one of your energy centres.

This is not just a course — it’s a guided spiritual immersion blending ancient wisdom with intuitive practice, designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself, your energy, and your inner knowing.

Each week you will be gently guided through a different Chakra using a rich blend of practices, including:
• Yoga & intuitive movement
• Mudra & Yantra
• Sound healing & meditation
• Dance & somatic expression
