Reading Nibeauers book “No Self No Problem-Why Neuropsychology Is Catching Up to Buddhism”, really helps you to understand the difference between your left and right brain which can assist the knowledge of why anxiety or depression may happen.
Why I love reflexology is that this gentle practice helps to quieten the left brain (the thinking brain) allowing the right brain to just feel and tune in.
I highly recommend this book, and I highly recommend touch therapy to reduce anxiety.
