Calm Kids

Calm Kids Follow Yoga Rainbow Calm Kids offers yoga classes to children between 1 and 12 years of age. There is only one rule: It must feel good!

From toddlers to preschool, afterschool yoga, to families and tweens, the bespoke yoga classes adapt to the individual needs and abilities of the children and provides a safe, positive and nurturing environment for self-expression, creativity and awareness. The yoga classes offer a balance between spontaneity and structure so that children learn to listen to themselves and each other as well as expressing themselves creatively. Interweaving story, song, games, poses, art, music and dance, children have a lot of FUN and learn in a multi-sensory environment. In kids/family yoga we not only learn about ourselves and each other but also about the world around us. In a yoga class, children may go on a magical journey around the world to learn about other cultures, countries and traditions. Many of the yoga poses are of animal and therefore children learn about animal habitats and endangered species. Children are encouraged to experiment with their bodies and can create their own yoga poses! They say there are 84,000 yoga poses so chances are it may have already been invented!

Join cscape dance for a workshop for under 5’s to dance beneath the magnificent Trebah Trees!

Based on the book ‘Tree’, the workshop promises a joyful and creative session for little ones and their grown ups to explore the story together.

🌳🌳☀️🌳🌳
This relaxed session will offer ways of using dance, props and musicality to develop physicality, imagination and creative expression.

Adults are encouraged to get actively involved and playful interaction between parents/carer and child is nurtured.

Cscape Dance are delighted to offer 10x free tickets to watch the delightful dance show, ‘Tree’ this Summer!

Cscape Dance is looking for 10 families to help evaluate Tree 🌲 and also to give feedback to Cscape’s theatre shows over the next 5 years in exchange for a free ticket to each one!
🙌😀🌲
We are looking for a panel of children and families to join the cscape tribe to help improve what we do!

To be eligible, families with early years children (5 and under)
Your family will need to be okay with photo/ video consent and be willing to chat to one of our friendly team about your experience of the show and answer a short online questionnaire and be willing to offer informal feedback at a later date.

Catch 'Tree' as we premiere at Lost Gardens of Heligan on 19th, 20th and 21st May. Bookings now open and shows will take place at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2.30pm each day!
