30mins, 60mins & 90min slots available with also standalone cupping slots of 15mins & 30mins.

On Wednesday 26th June at The Riverside Suite, home of iFitness Cornwall, I will be attending the Live Well event alongside other health and fitness professionals.

15 minute taster sessions are available on the day (booking advised) so it’s a really good opportunity to discover what services are available to you in your local area.
