π.. a stretching program for you all, courtesy of ..
Following on from my post about going to the doctors yesterday, it turns out I have a problem with my Trapezius muscle (which is no surprise, frankly, as I was always s**t at geometry), so I've been given some exercises to do at home while I await a physio appointment.
The only problem is, I don't want to be carrying the sheet of exercises around with me all day, so I've decided to label each of them to make it easier to remember the list.
