We are so excited to be running our PILATES FEST event on Sunday 11th January between 10 am and 12pm. Book in and and invite a friend(s) and enjoy one of our FREE taster sessions. It is the perfect opportunity to show your friends what Reformer and Equipment Pilates are all about! Each class will last 40 minutes followed by coffee, a snack and a natter (details below).
