I’m running HIIT sessions on Pentewan Beach – 45 minutes of fun, sweat, and fresh sea air.

🕙 Start time: FRIDAYS @10:00am
⏱️ Duration: 45 minutes
📍 Location: Pentewan Beach

No equipment needed – just bring yourself, some water, and good vibes! 🏖️🔥
All fitness levels welcome.
