How’s your technique? 🤔

Technique is an essential thing to get right for both performance and injury prevention 📈.

It’s something I like to look at during the consultation particularly if they get pain during the movement 🙌.

Technique correction can be as simple as giving the correct pointers to ensure they’re completing the movement properly 💪.

OR

It can be addressing physical limitations such as injury/weakness 🤒.

OR

Mental limitations such as fear/anxiety around a movement 😬.
