I have some exciting news…

I have a new Sports Therapist joining the team! 🤩

Nathan has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and 4 years of experience, and he’ll be offering Sports Massage sessions in clinic.

This is ideal if you’re dealing with:
- Muscle tightness or soreness
- Feeling stiff from training or work
- Wanting to improve recovery

It’s also a great option if you’re not currently injured but want to keep things moving well and avoid problems building up.

Nathan’s availability is:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 5-8pm
Saturday: 8am-1pm

Charging £50 for the hour or £30 for 30 minutes.

🎄 Christmas Update 🎄

I received this off the back of the Marathon on Sunday.

Here's why Sarah's recovery went so well:
- She got booked in ASAP post-injury.
- We formulated a Rehab plan together that fit into her life.
- She followed my advice completely (Even the boring treadmill running).

This led to her completing the marathon PAIN FREE!

Mobility - Daily stretching focussing on the muscles of the lower back and glute to keep current mobility and further improving your ability to move 🏋️.
