Swansea Terrace is located near to Preston town centre and local amenities, Staff are highly trained friendly and supportive to all residents who reside there.

We Care Group provides nursing, residential, dementia and respite care in over 30 specialist care homes throughout England. We’re a forward-thinking, innovative and highly experienced team that provides personalised care in a safe and supportive environment to our residents who live in our homes with dignity, choice and independence. With almost 20 years expertise in the older people's sector, our highly trained staff colleagues are experts in delivering award winning care. We develop our staff care colleagues to deliver high quality care and support, providing safe, secure and specialist care to residents so they can live fulfilling, rewarding and happy lives. Our ongoing investment programme means all our homes are well presented and maintained to help our residents feel at home. And we’re opening new homes over the coming years to bring our much-needed services to more locations.

Some of our residents enjoyed some pampering today at our Swansea nail bar. Lavender hand soak, nail filing, and a little buff, followed by a nice sensory hand massage with relaxation music 🫶🏻

NEWSFLASH‼️‼️‼️

We are led to believe Santa is making a special journey tomorrow all the way over to Preston! We can’t quite believe it either🎅🏻 👀❄️
We’ve heard all our residents have made his ‘good list’ (we’re just as shocked as you 🫣😁😉) and he wants to pop in and say hello!!!
It is also Christmas Jumper Day so we will be wearing our jumpers and will take a collection throughout that day for charity Save the Children UK 🎄
If you want to see Santa please come and meet him tomorrow afternoon between 2-4pm x

Last week we were lucky enough to have Martin Pol Singer come to Swansea Terrace to entertain our lovely residents! And wow what an afternoon! Beautiful vocals with a warm personal touch! THANKYOU so much for your kind early Christmas gift x
