Delta Care Ltd is an Independant organisation whose vision is to provide a wide range of services to people within the community and surrounding area's. We aim to ensure that all persons live a fulfilled life as posible regardless of any disibilites they may have. Our home carers deliver a service of personal care, and associated domestic services. Have you ever struggled to get to appointments or

needed help with shopping or laundry? these are just a few of the areas that our Home Carers can help! Our award winning daytime support centre "Charlotte House Well being Centre" provides a safe, comfortable and friendly environment where you can make new friends, improve health, regain/retain independance or just join in on various personalised activities and outings. Our award winning "Namaste" room provides a sensory environment for persons with advanced Dementia, while our award winning rehabilitation room supports persons with Brain Aquired Injuries. The Rehabilitation room is especially beneficial to persons following a stoke. Everyone is treated with equality, dignity and respect while promoting their independance, choice, rights and most importantly of all, their quality of life!

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Van Driver to join our team on a bank (as-needed) basis.

Role Highlights:
Safe transportation of service users to and from the centre
Flexible, on-call working hours
Supportive and welcoming team environment

Requirements:
Clean UK driving licence
Experience working with vulnerable adults is an advantage
Friendly, patient, and responsible attitude

Your hard work and dedication especially in this heat do not go unnoticed.
We appreciate everything you do ❤️🙌🏻

Here are a few quick tips to help you beat the heat while you’re out there making a difference:

🌬️ Use cooling towels or portable fans

🌟 What an amazing weekend for the Delta Care Team at Relay For Life Rossendale! 🌟

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who took part, supported, donated, or cheered us on virtually! 💜
We smashed the 24-hour relay and raised an incredible £1,676 (and counting!) for Cancer Research UK and this time we had our own Delta Care baton! 😍🎗️💪

From 5am sunrise walks 🌅 to late-night laps 🌙, every step mattered and every single person contributed with heart and spirit.🙌

Special thanks go to:
Penny, for bringing delicious chilli that kept everyone going,
Lorraine, for baking wonderful cakes and organising coffee mornings over the past few weeks to raise money ahead of the event, and to all our amazing teams: Blackburn, Trafford, Victoria House, Southport, Preston, HR, Finance, ana a big shoutout to Zain, Hassan, Bella, Amelia and all the kids who joined in the fun and helped make this event unforgettable.

Together, we walked, we laughed, we fundraised and we made a difference. 💜👟🎗️
