Last night’s Anna’s breath work in a lavender field was a truly immersive experience.

It helped me connecting with nature in a very special way and deeply relax.

A feeling of relaxation that I took home and it stayed with me through the night.

Truly grateful for this opportunity and I cannot wait for the 2026 Lavender Fields Breath Work.

A touch, a little hug, the chats and smiles.

At this time of year, my kids and I enjoy our eye pillows cool and fresh ❄️
It’s a nice way to keep the body temperature cold as we set off to a good night of sleep.

Cold compresses also help reduce swelling by constricting blood vessels, which decreases inflammation and fluid accumulation.
This can be particularly helpful for puffy eyes caused by allergies, sleep deprivation, or even just a late night.
