Fresh and clean summer ready 👌. Facias, soffits capped, new guttering front and back and freshly decorated ☀️🙂. This is the 4th property in the same street we have done now through customers seeing our work and wanting the same ⚒️. Nothing better than word of mouth in Cornwall. Capping facias and soffits = almost zero maintenance going forward.
No sanding ✅
No painting ✅
No rott✅
Just wipe down once a year and it's good to go ✅.
With a variety of colour choices available you know who to call 👌.

Don't let the name MINER maintenance make you think we only take on small projects 🙂⚒️. We are currently restoring this listed heritage building in Hayle which was once a brewery and now apartments using specialised coatings from cornish lime. Since 2022 we have managed and completed 9 full property renovations and also now fully manage 8 residential properties including tenant finding and vetting and also 2 holiday lets with more coming soon in an ever increasing portfolio ✅

Haven't posted for a bit as it's been flat out again this year but here are some pics of 20 metres of fencing and signage we have recently supplied and fitted in Hayle 🌅. Myself and Malcolm Sabine are sunburnt but happy with the outcome on this for sure 👌⚒️ although we are stacked for most of the summer already we are happy to take a look at all of your fencing and decking needs and lots more 🙌.

Big team effort with Malcolm Sabine and Chris Perks on removing this old fence and hedge for an elderly customer that needed something maintenance free. We replaced it with concrete posts, concrete gravel boards with 3ft fence panels and 1ft trelis to make a lovely 6ft fence that has no timber ground contact to make it literally maintenance free ⚒️🙌 2 days from start to finish on this one.
