For those of you who don't know have been a pivotal part in my recovery back to health. After a posture defect for 44 years, twinned with a very active lifestyle took its toll on my body.
I won't bore you with the details but without from Farm fitness my life would be in a very different position than it is today.

Keith has a very unique way of dealing with injury recovery, like nothing i have come across before.
So If you have any niggling injuries that you just can't seem to shift, I highly recommend getting in touch with him.

So it's an absolutely honour to be able to print there merch in time for this weekend, where you can find them on muscle beach.

Hellraiser, half tones, discharge ink what not to like.

No were not starting a metal band, just some new work gear to get covered in ink.

I originally did this day design for my good friend and his company 'blood and bones distribution' since he's not using the design anymore I amended the text and here we go, it now has life again.

Discharge prints are amazing, there's nothing like it, quite literally screen printing magic.

This design for .pz was just perfect for discharging and the results came out super good.

Check out the last photo, you can see what the print looks like on the press, compared to what it looks like after it's been through the tunnel dryer once the pigments have been discharged from the tshirt.
