The longer lighter days are coming.

But first, join me for one last cosy conscious candle lit practice, where we surrender to stillness, softness and some soul focused introspection.

As promised, a little glimpse into our adventure.

We turned a naked van into a cosy, comfortable and very practical little home on wheels. All the hard work paid off as we set off south into Europe end of summer.

We’ve driven 5500+ miles, gotten married, chased sunsets, explored empty beaches and surfed tiny waves. We’ve woken up in new places with no plans and gone to bed blissful, tired and satisfied.

We’ve turned one of our dreams into reality.

But four months that on here may look like a picture perfect life have in that dreamy reality also been difficult. This autumn did not turn out the way we had expected, in the best but also in the worst way possible.

So I needed to go offline and take time off, and in between the heavy times focus 100% on the sunshine moments 🚐 🐕🌞💛

I’m back in PZ in the new year, and can’t wait to meet you on the mat again. I’ve missed our vibe and the inspiration that I get from you when we practice together in the same room and I can’t wait to get back to it.

Things may look a little different this new year as my overall priorities have shifted a bit, and I’ll need to pop over to Sweden a little more often. In regard to my weekly classes, I’ll start teaching again on Jan 7th and will for now only be teaching my Tuesday evening Gentle flow 🤍

My New Year’s Yoga & Journaling on Jan 5th is sold out, and the waitlist is full. I’m so grateful for watch and everyone of you. I recommend subscribing to my newsletter, as that crew always gets first dibs on my offerings.

Until we meet again, don’t forget to expect the unexpected, take care of yourself, love those around you and most of all… be here now.

Hiiiiii 💛

I’m slowly making my way back to Cornwall after a long break from it all.

A long break from teaching. A long break from social media. A long break from the UK. A long break from ‘normal’ life.

I’ll tell you more about it another day. For now I just want to let you know that I’m kicking off being back with my annual yoga and journaling ritual. I shared this event with my newsletter yogis yesterday, and so now there are only 3 spaces left 😳🥰

Click the link in my bio and you’ll get straight to the event page to book in.

Can’t wait to practice together again soon ✨

Tomorrow (Thursday 15/8) I’m teaching my last in-person class in Cornwall for a while 💛

In a couple of weeks time, I’m going away with my little fam 🕺🏽🐕 on a longer journey in our self built camper van. We’re heading down into Europe, Morocco and back up to Scandinavia before returning to the UK in the winter/new year. So - I will be back!

I’m so grateful for each and every one of my students for sharing your time, money, energy and love for yoga with me. I’m just a piece in the puzzle of your own practice, but I’m so amazed by your devotion and progress.

Most of all I’m so glad that you practice yoga at all and I strongly encourage you to keep practicing whilst I’m away. I will be setting up an online sangha (community) with yoga as part of the offering soon, teaching from different dreamy locations 🌞 If you’re not on my email list, make sure to get on it to be a part of that 🫶🏽

In regards to my classes at , three lovely teachers will be covering for me this autumn. Contact them directly to book their classes:
🪷 Mondays:
🪷 Tuesdays:
🪷 Thursdays:

Or get down to the new .studio to try their yoga classes. The more teachers you practice with, the wider a perspective of yoga you’ll get ❤️‍🔥

If I don’t see you in class tomorrow - thank you thank you thank you. For being part of my own practice, journey and life.

May our practice make us better humans and may we bring light and love into every situation that we enter.

Stay in touch x

I’ve been quiet on here lately. I find it very hard to care about post engagement when there is so much suffering in the world. But closing down and staying quiet is not an option either.

Part of why I became a yoga teacher was because I wanted to make an impact on this world. I consider myself a space holder and, to some extent, a change maker. As such, I have taken on a roll of responsibility. And I believe that everyone that practices yoga has done the same. Especially those of us who live with privilege.

In a world where there is more violence than peace, more injustice than justice, more greed than love, it’s pivotal to use the tools we’ve got to make a difference. And yoga is such a tool.

In last night’s class I reminded you all about what sets yoga apart from other movement modalities. Whilst practicing yoga we can reap all sorts of personal benefits for our wellbeing. That’s great. But ultimately yoga is a practice towards liberation which teaches us so much more than how to move our bodies.

It teaches us principles of non-violence, truthfulness and union. Of interconnectedness of all life on Earth. We are deeply interdependent with every single person, every single animal, every aspect of the universe.

We will never be free until all are free, we will never not suffer when there is suffering around us.

So what can you do? Remember that while you’re having an individual experience of life, you’re part of a greater whole. Return to the scriptures, dive deeper into any style of yoga that interests you, and if keen do the asana (seat or connection). Our posture practice is for many the most accessible way of building union and a calmer mind.

And every day, ask yourself; what can I do to ease the suffering for others today?

Join me for my only workshop this spring as I bring back Dharma Discovery, my favorite gathering of 2023.

Now is the time to take our yoga practice off the mat, and share the benefits of our practice with the rest of this world.

How do we do that?

We begin by finding our purpose - our Dharma. We all have a unique mission in life and a place on this planet.

It is through the manifestation of that purpose that we can begin to make a meaningful impact - in our own lives and in the lives of others near and far, human and non-human.

In this workshop, we’ll begin our journey towards finding our own Dharma. It’s an invitation to expand your practice to not only encompass the physical postures, and an opportunity to learn a bit more about Yoga itself along the way.

Through self-enquiry, we’ll use a gentle asana (posture) practice as well as pranayama (breathwork), yogic philosophy, guided visualisations and mediation to arrive at a place of calm and clarity. Spending a couple of hours floating in the space of our own inner reality.

If you are keen to explore the relationship with yourself, live life a little more purposefully and learn to connect to your intuition - then this one is for you. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.

My biggest lesson of 2023?

That purpose matters.
In all that we do, for all that we do it.

Life is too precious to stray too far from the heart.

At times during this year it’s felt as if I was standing on top of a mountain, looking down at the path I’ve climbed to get here. Not because it’s all been an uphill struggle, but because I’ve reached a point where I can see how all the different journeys, stages and intentions have come together.

I’ve crystallized my purpose. And I’ve realized that - once we know it - nothing is more important than living that purpose.

In the process of doing so, I’ve peeled back the layers of my relationship with yoga. I’ve returned to the very essence of the teachings, which is love + compassion + freedom.

I love to guide you all through our practices and it’s my tool in building a more compassionate community.

It’s my hope that you stay open to it, embrace the changes that may come and dare to explore an even more compassionate way of living on this planet in 2024.

Thank you for being on this journey with me. It does mean the world to me.

I know it takes time, money and energy to be as dedicated to the practice as many of you are and I don’t take you sharing that with me for granted.

It truly is a blessing and a privilege to share what I love with you. I love love love meeting you in practice in the same room, guiding you and receiving so much back in return.

What do you long for in 2024?

It’s your life to live and love and transform and manifest. Through our own unique instincts we learn where we have to seek to find our fulfillment.

But can you quiet your mind enough to hear your heart’s calling?

As we enter a new year, we get a chance to re-evaluate | reset | re-establish routines and rituals. It’s a perfect moment in time to check in and make sure we’re living a life of purpose, aligned with our hopes, dreams and values.

So, in this ✨precious✨ moment of transition, we press pause to look at the path that we’re on. Tune into our human intuition, and listen. If we find ourselves on a path that isn’t taking us where we need to go, we need to get off.

If we find ourselves on a path that is destructive, perhaps not to ourselves but to others, we need to get off. Change perspective, change course and change our way of moving through this world.

It’s up to you to make the changes needed. Or to reinforce the magic you’ve already begun creating. No one else will do it for you.

But I want to do it with you. I’m here to support you to live a life with meaning - for you and for all.

Join me on January 7th as we set our intentions for the year that lies ahead. Find all info on my website (link in bio). Early bird ends Dec 31st - half of the spaces have already gone.
