Kb Hypnotherapy I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist ,Psychotherapist and student Psychologist. Treating anxiety, stress, weight related concerns, phobias & habits.

I use a very unique psycho-therapeutic blended model of CBT and Hypnotherapy online and in person. I have over 10 years experience in the field of therapy, personal development and mental health. I am extremely interested in Psychology and the human mind. I decided I wanted to become a therapist to apply my interest to help others. I am currently studying for a BSc in Psychology and counselling which will expand my knowledge further. I use a blend of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a unique model which has been proven to be more effective than CBT or Hypnosis alone. The therapy techniques are only evidence based, solution focused, with an emphasis on anxiety, panic, emotional eating, habit reversal and emetophobia among other phobias.

This took me 5 mins to chop up...I always have melon in my fridge, chopped, EASY to grab when I get cravings for something sweet...fills me up, I can have as MUCH as I want and need...🙊

Making sure you have adequate protein daily aim for 1g per ideal body weight in lbs but if you struggle...just eat more and build on that over time, your body will need to adjust anyway. Ideally from food first, real food not shakes and bars, then top up with a reputable shake such as - they do really quality, tasty flavours with great ingredients.🍗🥩🍳

Eating melon will keep your hunger hormones happy between meals...try drinking enough fluid also, work towards 2-3 litres a day...🍉

Because if you focus ONLY on your goals??
You MAY get there but you will not STAY there...

If you pick up the weight, you are taking the first step to longevity...isn't that what we all want and need in the end, more time but not just that....
More time being STRONG and ABLE...
If only more people would see this, it will literally give you an extended, physically able life!

Through health ups and downs, mental blocks, life just being life! Laura has remained focused throughout, never letting herself be distracted from her values, her non negotiable training🧠

Laura is now pushing her own bodyweight every week, still building her strength and challenging herself every session.
It is such a joy having someone to train that is so consistent and values the power of it🧠💪🫶
