To be creative?βœοΈπŸ’…

A massage?πŸ’†β€β™‚οΈ

Remove yourself either physically πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ or mentally by planning your substitute walk your mind through it...🧠

SUBSTITUTE -
Walking your mind through it and then 'DO' it as soon as you can...
Begin the drink, the walk, maybe walk your dog, exercise, lay down, 5 minute breathing exercise, a cuddle, a bath....What is your need right there and then?

It's not usually the sweet treat...occasionally YES but YOU will know the difference when you PAUSE...
