Happy new year to you all! (A bit late I know) I’ve been struggling with the January blues and have just began to find my feet (if a little numb in this pic) and feel more grounded after Christmas and New Year. 🌚❄️

There is SO much pressure at the start of a new year to be a better version of yourself. I create a safe space for you to just be you, as you are, in the today that you’re in, however that might be. Instead of trying to be better this January, how about just checking in with how you are?

This can be daunting too and difficult. Together we can check in with how you feel by wakening your physical self and connecting with your body and mind. It’s a good time to pause and be kind to yourself ✨🥰
