With September fully booked, I thought it was about time to let you know my October availability for treatments!

The summer holidays were so full, so full on!
A juggling act of seeing clients, holding Sound Baths, making jewellery (another business of mine ) alongside looking after the kids, catching up with admin, planning ahead for events coming up this month...busy, busy, busy, it felt like I was sprinting through the season.

Last weekend I spent doing massage in the Healing Garden Festival with . It's become a yearly tradition of mine, and feels like such a great way to end the summer - busy, doing what I love in a vibrant environment with nothing else to organise and nowhere else to be. The getting there is always a bit full on, but once I am there, even though I'm so flat out with treatments, I feel like my brain slows down and the mental chitter chatter of the summer holidays melts away.

Now I'm home and it feels like the pace is shifting, slowing. The kids are back at school and I'm finding deeper breaths, quieter moments, and renewed space to be more present - in my work and with myself and family.

Now the kids are back at school I've got more availability for massage, but September is filling up quickly, so get in touch soon if you'd like to book in.

I've got a couple of Sound Baths booked this month, but both are already fully booked, so again, get in touch if you want to be the first to know about my November dates, or to be added to my waitlist.

LAMMAS

The peak of summer, marking the midpoint between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox.

It's a time to honour the fruits of your labour, the seeds you have sown, and the abundance that's beginning to rise.
It's a season of gratitude, groundedness, and golden light.
Perhaps a time to ask yourself some questions...

☀️What do I need to release so I don't carry it into the next season?

I'm currently celebrating my journey with Sound, feeling the efforts of my trainings ripple outwards, and I'd like to release the fear of perhaps not feeling good enough, so I can step more more fully into offering my gifts out into the world without feeling shy!

July was one busy month of treatments! For both massage and sound. I'm still not advertising my sound healing, mostly because I've had little spare time to be updating my website or posting on social media, but fingers crossed over the coming month I'll be able to carve out some time to put into letting you all know about my new offerings...

Tomorrow my baby turns 4 and I can't quite believe where the time has gone.
