On the back of the latest Government announcement yesterday evening, we wanted to make you aware of the latest guidance.


Everyone in the United Kingdom is instructed to stay at home, except for the following reasons:


1. Shopping for basic necessities (food, medicine, etc.) as infrequently as possible.

2. To take one form of exercise a day (for example, to run, walk or cycle) either alone or with members of your household. Dog walking is permitted as part of the one form of exercise people are permitted to take per day.

3. To look after any medical need.

4. To provide care or help to a vulnerable person.

5. To donate blood.

6. Under-18s of separated parents can visit both parents.

7. Travel to and from work where absolutely necessary or if you are a key worker.

When you go out you must keep a minimum of six feet from other individuals (apart from members of your household).
Thoroughly wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds when you return home.
